Conclusion:

Again pleading her innocence, Angela assured she had removed one particular original photograph she had stolen, but she was still using that same image as of 10-10-06 on Tripod

10/06/06 -
Ms. Ledcke's refusal to remove the pirated image from her Tripod site resulted in a 2nd Cease & Desist issued by the image owner.  Although the site still had Ms. Ledcke's products for sale online - including an active and complete Paypal checkout - Ms. Ledcke now claimed she had "abandoned" that site long ago and that she had no way to remove the stolen photograph. ("Abandoned" - but still with an active Paypal checkout!)  It became necessary for the image owner to contact the Lycos network personally to have her image removed, and thankfully Lycos responded almost immediately and was cooperative in resolving the issue.  They removed the pirated photograph from Ms. Ledcke's Tripod site within 48 hours.
