An Independent Representative for several online
companies, and well-known and liked by
many,Janel
Ochoa-Borsch, according to her own accounts was supposedly stricken
with Cancer recently. In emails to groups and individuals she
details her many surgeries and struggles. In one posting she
captures the hearts of a caring audience by describing how she was
shocked to discover that she was not only fighting for her own life
– but for the life of her unborn child, and how by nothing less than
a miracle, this child survived Janel's many surgeries.

that Janel passed away - with child. Solicitations for her
“memorial” became a quick follow-up for additional support for the
family.
.
It has since been reported by many that the entire story was a hoax
and that Janel Ochoa is, indeed, alive, and that the alleged scam
took in thousands!
.
According to the
Nevada Appeal, Janel Ochoa was arrested on November 18, 2008.
The article states: "Janel
Ochoa, who, according to authorities, used various online names,
including Yvette Romero and Christy Flores, was booked into the
Carson City Jail on suspicion of felony theft by material
misrepresentation.
In the criminal complaint filed against her Oct. 30, eight women
from across the U.S. were named as victims of Ochoa’s alleged con."
